EASA provides the Compute Server Configuration Tool located at:
Click on the compute server configuration link. An application window should appear, below.
Two toolbars are provided in the Compute Server Configuration Tool near the top of the window. These toolbars provide you with buttons that perform most of the object manipulations that you will need to configure Compute Servers. A description of each button is provided in the table below.
Additional buttons will appear to the right of either the Sibling Objects marker or the Child Objects marker depending on the object selected in the tree. These dependent buttons are used for adding Child objects (i.e. a level lower on the Tree) or Sibling objects (ie. at the same level). The icons for these buttons will be provided in tables found in the following sections.

The Compute Server Configuration Tool uses a hierarchical tree, known as the Configuration Tree, in its graphical user interface (GUI). The Configuration Tree has six main branches:
Items on the various branches of the Tree are called 'objects'. Objects contain parameters that determine the functionality and behaviour of the object. To add and configure new Compute Servers, we modify the Configuration Tree. We:
