The COMPUTE SERVER LIST branch on the Configuration Tree contains COMPUTE SERVER's and EXCEL SERVER's that specify the computers to be used as Compute Servers by EASA. In configuring your EASA system, you can add, modify, disable, enable or delete COMPUTE SERVER's and EXCEL SERVER's as you manage your computer resources.

Note: The order of the objects on the COMPUTE SERVER LIST branch sets the order in which the EASAP Queue attempts to run EASAP processes starting at the top and working down the list.

Note: During upgrade installations of EASA, the previous compute server configuration is maintained and a LOCAL COMPUTE SERVER is not created automatically.

The EASA Server itself can be configured as a Compute Server by creating a LOCAL COMPUTE SERVER and setting its parameters. During a new installation of EASA, the EASA Server is automatically configured as a Compute Server by creating a LOCAL COMPUTE SERVER.
