A LICENSE TYPE defines a type of license.

Note: Currently, only the generic license type, license for easa only, is supported by EASA, which will only work properly for licenses dedicated for use by EASA. If a license used by EASA can also be accessed by other means, then the possibility will exist that EASA will attempt to use a license occupied by a user outside EASA and the submitted EASAP will fail with an error.
