Uninstalling EASA Software

The procedure for uninstalling EASA varies between Windows and Linux operating systems. Therefore, use the appropriate procedure provided below to uninstall the EASA software from your EASA Server.

Windows Server

To uninstall the EASA software from a Windows computer, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log on to the EASA Server as Administrator.
  • Under the Start menu, select Settings → Control Panel, and then click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  • On the Add/Remove Programs window, find and select ‘EASA 5.x’ (where x matches the correct version number) in the list of currently installed programs.
  • Click on the Change/Remove button.
  • The Uninstall window should appear and you click on the Uninstall button.
  • Once the uninstall process has finished, click on Done.

EASA should now be uninstalled from your Windows computer.

Linux Server

To uninstall the EASA software from a Linux computer, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log on to the EASA Server as root.
  • Open a shell window and change directory to the <EASAROOT> directory.
  • Run the Uninstall script in this directory.
  • The Uninstall window should appear and you click on the Uninstall button.
  • Once the uninstall process has finished, click on Done.

EASA should now be uninstalled from your Linux computer.
