HEADER is the Parent to GUI objects to be displayed above the INPUTBOX LIST objects.

It must be the top positioned object among the Child objects of the DATA TABLE.

Optional Parameters:
Enable if:	Logical expression, if TRUE then object shown, if FALSE then object NOT shown

The optional Child objects of a HEADER are as follows:

Object Name	Description
BUTTON	Rectangular region that triggers an ACTION when clicked.
CHOICE LIST	Select from a drop down list of possible values.
DATEBOX	Accepts and formats date input.
IMAGE	Displays images in the GUI.
INPUTBOX	A versatile data entry component that can be configured to behave in a variety of modes.
LABEL	Displays text and image data.
LOGICBOX	Accepts either 'checked' or 'unchecked' selection.
SLIDER	Accepts a mouse-selected numerical value within a specified range.
SPACER	Vertical or horizontal space between adjacent objects on the Tree.
SUB PANE	Container for GUI objects arranged in a box.
TEXTAREA	Accepts input text and displays output text.
TEXTBOX	Accepts input text in a box.
