SCALAR DOR VALUE

Guide Section: Processing Object Data | EASAP Tree: DATA PROCESSING Branch

SCALAR DOR VALUE stores a SCALAR value.

Typically, values generated by a CUSTOM ACTION are stored as a SCALAR DOR VALUE. In this case, the value set in the Value: parameter acts as a default value to be later overwritten after the execution of the CUSTOM ACTION.

Additionally a SCALAR DOR VALUE can be linked to a cell in an Excel spreadsheet by setting the Range Reference: parameter to a RANGE REFERENCE or NAMED RANGE.

Note: Expressions are not allowed in the Value: parameter, so this object is not similar in function to a COMPUTE.

SCALAR DOR VALUE
