TABLE STYLE specifies other HTML STYLE's for use with different components of a table.

TABLE STYLE is used in RESULTS TABLE and TABULATED DATA in reports.

TABLE STYLE
Optional Parameters:
Table Style:	HTML STYLE for display of table outline
Header Style:	HTML STYLE for top row of table
Row Style:	HTML STYLE for non-header rows of table
Alternate Row Style:	HTML STYLE for every other non- header row of table
