Uninstall EASA

The procedure to uninstall EASA varies between Windows and Linux operating systems.


EASA on Windows

To uninstall EASA from a Windows computer:

  • Log on to the EASA Server as Administrator.
  • If an EASA service is running:
  • Under the Start menu:
    • Select Settings→Control Panel
    • Click on the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon.
    • On the Add/Remove Programs window:
      • Find and select ‘EASA 5.x’ (where 5.x matches the correct version number).
      • Click on the Change/Remove button.
      • The Uninstall window should appear:
        • Click Uninstall
        • Once the uninstall process has finished:
          • Click Done

Linux Server

To uninstall EASA from a Linux computer:

  • Log on to the EASA Server as root.
  • If an EASA service is running:
  • Open a shell window
    • 'Change directory' to:
      • <EASAROOT>
    • Run the Uninstall script in this directory.
    • The Uninstall window should appear
      • Click Uninstall
      • Once the uninstall process has finished:
        • Click on Done.
