RELATIONSHIP controls the input of new USER ITEMS for a SELECTOR.

RELATIONSHIP checks data entered and gives an error message if it is not valid.

Essential Parameters:
Title:	Title of the error message.
Error Message:	Error description for the User.
Error Condition:	An expression to evaluate. If expression is TRUE, the error message is shown to the User.
