Guide Section: Couple EASA to a software application | EASAP Tree: PROCESSES → PROCESS
CLEAR FILESPACE will minimize the disk space used by files generated from an EASAP run. It is a singleton object, which can occur only once per PROCESS. Use of CLEAR FILESPACE regularly is highly recommended to minimize disk usage on the EASA Server. Where possible, you should delete large files as soon as they are no longer used by the underlying software to reduce file transfers back and forth between the EASA Server and the Compute Servers.
Take care not to delete a file that will be used by a subsequent process or within the user interface. For instance, avoid deleting images used in IMAGE objects.
