COMPUTE evaluates an expression and returns the resulting value.
Two common uses for COMPUTE:

Value: | Expression using SCALAR object references, literal numbers and operators. |
Optional Parameters: | |
Type: | Type of number computed (default→Real, Integer) |
Unit Group: | Associates value with an existing DIMENSIONAL GROUP |
If Value: is set to a text-type object, the EASAP behavior is unspecified (ie. avoid setting a CHOICE LIST, aTEXTBOX, etc…)
