SET CUSTOM ID is part of the Excel Desktop Client functionality.

SET CUSTOM ID allows modification of the custom_id field in the cases database table.

A custom_id is an organization's existing identifier for a case record.

An example of a custom_id is the record locator for an air travel itinerary.

SET CUSTOM ID
Essential Parameters:
Custom Id:	Enter an existing identifier for the given case record.
Case Id:	Enter a percent delimited reference to a CASE VIEWER or another SCALAR reference holding a case_id in the database.
Optional Parameters:
Delimiter:	Set a character to delimit SCALAR reference in Custom Id: or Case Id:
Do If:	Enter a logical expression which if true then action will occur and not otherwise.
