Send log files to EASA Support

Collect the EASA Server or EASAP Server logs

  1. Log in to the EASA Web Pages and select 'EASA > Set Mode > Administrator'
  2. Go to 'EASA > System > Diagnostics'
  3. Select 'Server Output'
  4. Select the 'Download All'
  5. Click 'Execute'
  6. Save the file locally

Collect the EASAP Builder or Compute Server Configuration Tool logs

  1. Navigate to the following path in the file system
    • 'C:\Users\<username>\.easa\data\logs'
  2. Create an archive containing all files in the folder

Finally, compose an e-mail explaining the situation and attach the archived log files and send to support@easasoftware.com
